Every time a Shopflo checkout is abandoned or a COD order is placed, Updatrr receives the event via webhook and triggers the appropriate WhatsApp sequence. Customers get timely, personalised messages — and you get more confirmed orders and fewer RTO returns.

Add this URL as your webhook endpoint. Pass your Updatrr API Key as the request header: X-UPDATRR-API-KEY

How to set up the Shopflo integration

   Copy your Updatrr API key

   Shopify Admin → Apps → Updatrr WhatsApp AI Automation → WA API Account → API Key.

   Open Shopflo Merchant Portal

   Navigate to Settings → Developer → Webhooks.

   Add Updatrr as a webhook destination

   Paste the webhook URL shown below. Add a custom header: Key = X-UPDATRR-API-KEY, Value = your API Key from Step 1.

   Enable checkout and order events

   Turn on checkout_abandoned, order_placed, and order_shipped.

   Run a test flow

   Use Shopflo's test mode to simulate an abandoned checkout. Verify the WhatsApp message fires within 30 minutes in the Updatrr dashboard.
